Breast of Chicken Provencal: Our tender young breast of chicken,
seasoned, roasted and topped with tomatoes, sweet peppers, olives and basil. A
dish made famous in the Provence Region of France.

Beef Bourguignon: James Beard called this classic of tender cubes of top
sirloin sautéed and combined with fresh onion, carrots and mushroom in a
burgundy sauce ‘one of my favorite dishes’. We agree.

Chicken Vesuvio: Our fresh young chicken pieces are roasted with garlic,
olive oil, oregano and peas and served with traditional Vesuvio potatoes. A
true Italian favorite.

Teriyaki Flank Steak: Tender cuts of USDA choice flank steak, marinated
in a teriyaki sauce and grilled over an open flame.

Boneless Breast of Turkey: We use the boneless breast of our own young
turkeys, seasoned, roasted and complimented with our rich turkey gravy.

Penne Pasta w/Italian Sausage: A classic blend of penne pasta, sautéed
red and green peppers, onions, garlic, olive oil and Italian sausage.

Virginia Ham: Our own hickory smoked boneless hams, baked with cloves
and spices, and a honey maple, Dijon mustard glaze.

Shrimp w/Pasta: Peeled and deveined Gulf shrimp sautéed in white wine,
olive oil and garlic, tossed with pasta, Italian parsley and Parmesan cheese.
