  • Sandwich Box Lunch: All of our Sandwich Box Lunches are served with the Deli side salad of the day, Chef's choice of brownie or dessert bar, pickle spear, olives, condiments, floral garnish, napkin and deluxe tableware.

    We kindly request a minimum order of 12 Sandwich Box Lunches or Salad Box Lunches in any combination.

    Orders must be placed by 12 pm the day prior.

  • Roast Beef: Tender, slow roasted, home cooked beef on a bakery fresh onion roll. Topped with lettuce and tomato and dressed with our own horseradish sauce.

  • Italian Submarine: Piled high with smoked ham, pepperoni, hard salami, capicolla, mortadella, provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion and sprinkled with Italian dressing.

  • Turkey Club Croissant: Pan roasted, thinly sliced turkey breast with smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and nestled on a bakery fresh butter croissant.

  • Chicken Breast Italiano: Italian seasoned and marinated grilled boneless breast of chicken with provolone cheese, roasted red pepper and giardiniera on old world Italian bread.

  • Schaul's Gourmet Egg Salad: With almonds, raisins, celery and red pepper. Served on a whole wheat Kaiser roll with crunchy romaine lettuce.

  • Smoked Ham and Swiss: Schaul's Signature smoked ham, imported Swiss cheese and Dijon mustard layered on marble rye bread.

  • Cobb Salad Pita: A perfect combination of diced chicken breast, hard boiled egg, bacon crumbles, diced tomato, romaine lettuce, avocado, crumbled bleu cheese and our Dijon vinaigrette.

  • Spicy Buffalo Chicken: A spicy, grilled chicken breast with leaf lettuce, sliced tomato and Schaul's bleu cheese dressing served up on a soft bakery Kaiser roll.

  • Pesto Beef Focaccia: Our tender, slow roasted, home cooked beef piled high on a tomato focaccia with provolone cheese, leaf lettuce, tomato and pesto mayonnaise.

  • Lemon Pepper Grilled Chicken: Grilled chicken breast flavored with lemon pepper seasoning. Served on a Kaiser roll with leaf lettuce, tomato and Monterey jack cheese.

  • Smoked Ham and Gouda: Schaul's own smoked ham, imported gouda, leaf lettuce and sliced tomato layered on marble rye with Dijon mustard. Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap Grilled chicken breast, diced tomato, shredded romaine lettuce covered in Caesar dressing and delicately wrapped in a soft tomato tortilla.

  • Malibu Turkey Wrap: Schaul's sliced turkey breast, diced tomato, shredded lettuce and bacon covered in ranch dressing, and rolled into a soft flour tortilla.

  • New Orleans Muffaletta: Capicolla, mortadella, mozzarella and provolone cheese with our own creole olive spread. All stacked on a bakery fresh ciabatta.

  • The Parisian: Schaul's hand carved smoked ham, gruyere cheese, red leaf lettuce piled on a long sourdough baguette and covered in Dijon mustard.

  • The Provencal: Thin slices of proscuitto and fresh mozzarella cheeses, roasted red pepper, leaf basil and balsamic mayonnaise nestled in a fresh sourdough baguette.

  • New England Crab Salad: Creamy crab salad made with lots of real blue crab, celery, onion and red pepper. Served on a fresh, long bun with crunchy romaine lettuce.

  • Chicken or Tuna Salad: Your choice of tuna or chicken salad made with celery, red pepper and seedless red grapes spread on a bed of romaine lettuce. Served on a whole wheat Kaiser roll.

  • Smoked Turkey Submarine: Schaul's thinly sliced, smoked turkey breast, gruyere cheese, red onion, tomato, field greens, alfalfa sprouts and honey Dijon mustard on a whole wheat hoagie.

  • California Veggie Submarine: A vegetarian delight! Starting with a whole wheat hoagie roll, then layered with red onion, tomato, field greens, alfalfa sprouts, roasted red pepper, mushrooms, black olives and our own cucumber yogurt sauce.

  • Smoked Salmon Croissant: Thinly sliced smoked Norwegian salmon, vine ripened tomato, baby greens, slivered red onions and homemade whipped dill cream cheese layered on a buttery croissant.

  • Grilled Portobello Focaccia: Marinated and grilled whole portobello mushroom, yellow squash, red onion, roasted red pepper and field greens on a tomato focaccia. Covered with our own balsamic mayonnaise.

Deli Lunches:

All of our Deli Lunches are served with the Deli side salad of the day, potato chips assortment, sandwich condiments, napkin and deluxe tableware.

  • Deli Sandwich Assortment Tray: All the fixin's for a great lunch! An artistically arranged tray of sliced roast beef, turkey, our Signature ham, cheddar and Swiss cheese presented with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, olives, pickles, mustard and mayo, with a basket of assorted breads and rolls.

  • Deli Sandwich Basket: An assortment of our deli sandwiches including roast beef, turkey and ham with Swiss cheese. Served on fresh baked breads and rolls with lettuce and tomato. Beautifully arranged in a basket and garnished with olives, celery and carrot sticks.

  • Gourmet Sandwich Basket: A deluxe assortment of our most popular sandwich box lunches including chicken breast Italiano, pesto beef focaccia, turkey club croissant, Italian sub and smoked ham with gouda arranged in a basket garnished with olives, celery and carrot sticks.

  • Mini Sandwich Basket Mini: deli sandwiches of roast beef, turkey, ham with Swiss, and your choice of chicken or tuna salad. Arranged in a basket garnished with olives, pepperoncini and carrot sticks. This package also includes a tray of fresh fruit kabobs.

Salad Box Lunches:

All of our Salad Box Lunches are served with a bakery fresh roll, whipped butter, margarine, Chef's choice of brownie or dessert bar, napkin and deluxe tableware.

  • Waldorf Tuna Salad: Solid white tuna mixed with celery, Granny Smith apples, dried cherries and walnuts. Tossed with our original Waldorf dressing and served on a bed of romaine lettuce.

  • Texas Rustler Steak Salad: A grilled rib eye steak sliced over a bed of romaine lettuce, roasted red pepper and grilled asparagus. Served with our own bleu cheese dressing.

  • Mexican Fiesta Salad: Iceberg lettuce, green pepper, tomato, avocado, Chihuahua cheese, jalapenos, corn, fried tortilla strips, cilantro and chipotle vinaigrette.

  • Atkins Crab and Avocado Salad: Real crab meat, capers, avocado, red pepper, celery and mayonnaise with lemon. Served on a bed of watercress. Accompanied with whole grain/whole wheat bread and whipped butter. This entrée does not include dessert.

  • Atkins Diced Chicken with Fennel and Pesto Salad: Diced chicken breast, red pepper, basil pesto and fennel. Served with whole grain/whole wheat bread and whipped butter. This entrée does not include dessert.

  • Chinese Chicken Salad: Asian marinated chicken breast, carrots, red pepper, peapods, red cabbage, Napa cabbage, bean sprouts, scallions and slivered almonds with our sesame ginger dressing.

  • Chicken Caesar Salad: Grilled chicken breast, crisp romaine lettuce with seasoned croutons, fresh grated parmesan cheese and our own Caesar dressing.

  • Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine lettuce, seasoned croutons, fresh grated parmesan cheese and our own Caesar dressing.

  • Chef Mitch's Chopped Salad: Marinated and grilled chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, avocado, cucumber, scallions, corn, bacon, tortilla strips and crumbled bleu cheese. Topped with the Chef's famous honey citrus vinaigrette dressing.

  • Garden Salad with House Dressing: Our house salad includes garden fresh lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, celery, red onion and carrots. Served with the Chef's famous honey citrus vinaigrette dressing.

  • Orzo Pasta Tossed Sa: lad Tossed with assorted fresh seasonal veggies and seasoned croutons over a bed of red leaf lettuce. Served with our own lemon parsley vinaigrette dressing.

  • Asian Veggie and Noodle Salad Bean: sprouts, peapods, water chestnuts, bok choy, celery, carrots, slivered almonds and scallions served over chilled Asian noodles with our ginger soy vinaigrette dressing and chopsticks.

South of the Border Lunches:

All South of the Border Lunches are served with Spanish rice, refried beans, homemade tortilla chips and salsa, sour cream, hot sauce, napkin and deluxe tableware.

Enchiladas Jalisco: We prepare our enchiladas in three wonderful ways: Chihuahua and Monterey jack cheeses; Chihuahua cheese, chicken and avocado ($1.00 additional); Pulled pork and Monterey jack cheese.

Fajitas La Jolla: Your choice of tender grilled chicken or grilled steak. Served with sour cream, shredded cheddar, taco sauce, shredded lettuce and soft flour tortillas.

Taco Bar San Lucas: A bountiful taco bar with all the fiesta favorites including spiced ground beef, grilled chicken strips, crumbled chorizo sausage, shredded cheddar, diced tomato, shredded lettuce, taco sauce, guacamole, sour cream and soft flour tortillas.

Magnificent Hot Lunches:

All Magnificent Hot Lunches include the vegetable of the day, Chef's potato or rice of the day, Garden side salad and 3 dressings, bakery fresh rolls, butter, margarine, napkin and deluxe tableware.

  • Oven Roasted Boneless Pork Loin: Your choice of three tantalizing glazes: Hoisin orange; Honey Dijon; or Maple bourbon. Boneless Stuffed Chicken Breast Your choice of three great stuffings: Apples, walnuts and goat cheese; Roasted red pepper, spinach and parmesan; or Sun-dried tomato, onion, garlic, asiago and romano cheeses.

  • Roasted Brisket of Beef: Your choice of: Southwest ancho chile or Herb crusted hand carved brisket of beef served with its own natural juices. Schaul's Own Whole Roasted Turkey Our whole roasted turkey carved and served with Schaul's pan-style turkey gravy.

  • Boneless Chicken Breast Pan: seared and roasted boneless breast of chicken complimented with a sauce of your choice: Lemon/artichoke cream; Tomato and fresh basil; or Roasted garlic cream.

  • Roasted Bone-In Chicken Your Way Our: fresh bone-in chicken prepared for you one of three ways: Fresh rosemary, garlic and extra virgin olive oil; Vesuvio (potatoes, garlic, oregano, peas and olive oil); or Provencal (tomato, sweet red pepper, black olives and fresh basil).

  • Momma Schaul's Family Meatloaf: The name says it all! This is comfort food at its finest. Served only with mashed potatoes, buttered green beans, garden side salad, rolls, butter and margarine.

  • Pan Seared Tilapia: Farm raised tilapia, pan seared, and nestled on a bed of wilted spinach and topped with a lemon caper sauce. Classic Beef Bourguignon A classic French stew of tender sirloin, carrots, onions and mushrooms. This entrée is served only with buttered egg noodles, the vegetable of the day, garden side salad, rolls, butter and margarine.

  • Chicago Style Italian Beef or Sausage: Two Chicago favorites. Order them separately or together as a combo. All are served with French bread, sweet peppers, giardiniera, Schaul's own Caesar pasta side salad and Jay's Kruncher's potato chips.

  • Healthy Stir Fry: Assorted seasonal vegetables sautéed in canola oil. Served over Asian buckwheat noodles with a light ginger garlic and sesame sauce. Served with a vegetarian egg roll, fortune cookie and chopsticks.

Something Special Lunch Packages:

  • Veggie Burrito: Sautéed red and green pepper, sweet onion, yellow rice and black beans, topped with our Signature fajita sauce, all wrapped up in a whole wheat burrito. Served with salsa and tortilla chips, hot sauce and sour cream.

  • Schaul's Texas Chili Bowl: Your choice of Pulled turkey or Ground beef chili. Served with a sourdough bread bowl, shredded cheddar, diced onion, sour cream and hot sauce. Accompanied with a garden side salad and 3 dressings.

  • Chef Mitch's Baked Cornflake Crusted Chicken: Not only does it taste better than fried chicken, it's better for you too! Served with spicy cajun cole slaw, herb roasted red skin potatoes, buttermilk biscuits, butter and margarine.

Pasta for Lunch:

All Pasta for Lunches are served with a crisp Caesar side salad, garlic bread sticks, napkin and deluxe tableware.

  • Whole Wheat Mushroom Ravioli: Cooked al dante in our own white wine and shallot cream sauce.

  • Baked Mostaccioli Marinara: Our homemade baked mostaccioli is always a favorite.

  • Baked Lasagna: We offer three incredibly delicious choices: Cheese; Vegetable; or Meat. Half tray serves up to 12 Full tray serves up to 24 Penne Pasta San Remo A winning combination of Italian sausage, sautéed red and green pepper, sweet onion, roasted garlic, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. Pasta Primavera Thin pasta tossed with seasonal vegetables, garlic, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.

  • Fudge Nut Brownies: Baked homemade goodness in every bite. Minimum order of 12.

  • Cakes for any Occasion: Bakery fresh cakes made to order. Your choice of cappuccino, carrot, chocolate fudge, Oreo or strawberry shortcake, just to name a few. Please ask our representative for additional choices. There are approximately 16 servings per cake. Cakes can be custom inscribed on a sugar plate for an additional $5.00.

  • Dessert Bar, Brownie and Cookie Basket: A sweet assortment of our incredible dessert bars, brownies and cookies. Small serves 12-16 Large serves 24-30
