or flour tortilla, with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and spread with our
own zesty horseradish sauce

Italian Submarine:
Smoked ham, pepperoni, hard salami, capicolla, mortadella, and
provolone cheese all piled high on fresh Italian bread or wrapped in
a flour tortilla with shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion and Italian dressing

Turkey Club Croissant:
Pan roasted turkey breast thinly sliced, smoked bacon, lettuce,
tomato, and mayo nestled on a bakery fresh butter croissant or
wrapped in a spinach tortilla

Chicken Breast Italiano:
Italian seasoned and marinated boneless breast of chicken
grilled and served with provolone cheese, roasted red pepper,
on Old-World Italian bread or wrapped in a tomato tortilla

Smoked Ham and Gouda:
Schaul’s signature hand-sliced smoked ham, imported
Gouda cheese, and Dijon mustard layered on marble rye or
wrapped in a flour tortilla with leaf lettuce & tomato

Ranch Chicken Salad:
Marinated roasted chicken breast blended with diced celery, sweet red pepper, bacon, and our tasty ranch dressing served on a whole wheat Kaiser Roll or wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with red leaf lettuce

Tuna Salad Supreme:
Chunk, all white Albacore tuna gently tossed with diced celery, sweet red pepper, sliced red grapes, and our creamy lemon zest mayonnaise served on a whole wheat Kaiser roll or wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with red leaf lettuce

California Veggie Submarine:
A vegetarian delight! Starting with a whole wheat hoagie roll or wrapped in whole wheat tortilla then layered with red onion, tomato, field greens, alfalfa
sprouts, roasted red pepper, mushrooms, black olives,
and our own cucumber yogurt sauce

*All sandwiches are available either as individual box lunches which include a deli side salad, olives and a cookie or in flower decorated buffet baskets with a deli side salad, assorted chips and our cookie basket.
